A Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC) has completed the education and training required to hold a Conveyancer's Licence issued by the Department of Fair Trading but also accredited and supported by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW (AICNSW). Certified Practicing Conveyancers are also required to complete ongoing professional development to maintain their Conveyancers Licence and CPC status.

Very rarely does anything go wrong. As Licensed Conveyancers we are regulated by the Department of Fair Trading and are members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW). We are required by law to carry Professional Indemnity Insurance, so in the unlikely event of an error or omission on our behalf you’re completely covered.
You should speak to us as early as possible. You will need a contract prepared before you put your property on the market and you should speak to a conveyancer before purchasing one. There’s no such thing as a standard contract, so never sign anything before consulting us.
Settlement terms can be negotiated by the vendor and purchaser however the standard settlement period is 6 weeks after contracts have been exchanged.
